Wrong information, no communication or wrong communication. They force you to pay costs without justification, if not they do not free up your container. You need to call them to know what the situation is and they are asking additional documents last minute. They change partner during the process, and the communication with their local partner is very bad.

Staff not qualified, additional fees after packing, problems at customs, never again. Waiting for weeks to get airfreight, no stuck at customs because of wrong declaration. All the sudden we have additional 12m2 to our planned 40ft container and shall pay more money. That is not serious.
