Very good experience with the moving company. They took good care of all of our stuff. Put it in good order in the moving car. They helped a lot with putting in our things in de moving trucks. They worked really hard to get everything in and out in time (2 hours). Great job.

Half the stuff was left behind, the chauffeur was negative about everything, France, Moving with kids, the stuff that he was moving, i think this man hates thecworld and everything in it. Not very nice onvthe big day.Lamp was broken and hé said yeah i saw it when i was loading, as if ee would transport a lamp completely ripped over the world.

The reason why I don’t give 5 stars is because the loading of the truck happened 3 hours later than agreed (I was informed one day upfront of a 2h delay and on the day itself of an extra 1h). But the delivery at the final destination still happened on time, which is what matters a lot!
Another small negative point is that the truck driver did not speak any word of English, Dutch or Italian. Which was still ok during the loading, because an additional person from the company was there to do all the loading work and communication; but it represented a small hindrance at the unloading, as communication with the driver was very difficult. Additionally, the health condition of the driver was not suitable for the unloading work, which was carried out at a significant extent by my husband.
Despite this, I would totally recommend this moving company: they have a very competitive price, with a very clear cost structure in the quotation; they delivered everything on time, despite the tight schedule; they communicated very efficiently and step by step on WhatsApp and they picked up the phone quickly any time I called; no damage occurred to our items. Thank you for your review this has caught our attention.
It is very surprising to receive this negative review as as our movers told us this client was very friendly and even had dinner and coffee with our workers.. The client reported to the workers to be very satisfied of the service despite the fact that not all the goods could be transported with the first load. We have also received nothing of complaints at the office regarding this move.
Important facts that do need to be mentioned:
- Our client had another company estimate his contents which was estimated 40m3 in volume, we had a 45m3 truck come in so that should have basically fit. Our truck was completely filled to the ceiling which was 45m3 in total and there was still had 25m3 left at the loading place. We offered different solutions to transport the remaining furniture which the client did not accept.
- On the entire move, only 1 plastic lampshade was damaged with a small tear in the corner. This was indeed noticed by the driver and reported to the client. We also have a photo of this.
- We had our driver call a day before the actual loading date to go over the contents and parking options with the client so that we would not have any surprises on the day of loading.
- All loading/unloading times were respected and again the client was always kept informed by our driver of what time the truck would arrive.
We have kept all agreements correctly, client has confirmed his satisfaction and are therefore we are surprised to receive this review.
We know moving is a stressful situation for our clients and we therefore try to make it as easy as possible for the customer both through open communication before the move and during the move.
Our workers have always had positive feedback about politeness, hard work and care-fullness with the goods of clients.
We will always try to give the best service that we can provide across the board.
